Wonderful stay! We stayed in the handicap accessible room for my husband who uses a wheelchair and I have to say it was the best room layout for his needs that we've ever been in. Will stay here again.

We stayed because K-State promoted the Hotel
We were in town for the Rate Bowl. Our stay was 12/23-12/27. We found being Bowl game week and games (college & NFL) being televised the bar would be able to show games. There were not able to show the Chiefs on Netflix and it was quite unprofessional when 4 staff members were trying to hook up a compter to a tv to get the game. During that fame (where people watched on their phones in the bar), there were numerous people who walked in and left because the game wasnt on. Its a hige football week and " the ball was dropped". The hotel was filled with K-State fans in for the bowl game on the 26th. There was inadequate staffing in the bar area from the 25th through the morning of the 27th. The wait times for drink service were long, when it came to the menu the waitresses didnt know the menu, there was no food option between breakfast and lunch. I understand it was Christmas but we should have been afforted the service we paid for. There was also a good amount of complaining by several bartenders who were alone behind the bar. It was uncomfirtable to say the least. However, while in the bar, the The exception to the service was Rhonda. She handled the bar and table service fantastically. She is a true example of professionalism and very customer oriented.customer service.

The first room they gave us was dirty and the beds where unmade.. trash on the floor
Talked to receptionist and she gave us another room that’s was clean
When checking in they usually charge a deposit … when I checked to see my bank account they had charged the room fee again….
Talked to the receptionist and had to show proof I had paid the room..
Hopefully it’s all cleared with the bank .. lol
Other than that everything was good..

Great location, gorgeous upscale interior designs, good food, walking distance to the convention center, ball park and arena. Rooms are very nice and several times I’ve watched games in their bar even when I’m not staying at the hotel

2/10 Poor

It’s been a very rough few days here. Met a roach in my room. A room door that won’t shut correctly, could allow you to not secure your room. No toilet paper after having the room was cleaned. Discovered this in the middle of the night at in the worst way. This is what you get for $700 a night. Crap view, a roach, and nothing to wipe with.
