Love the Arlo!
Had a wonderful stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice touches like an umbrella, slippers and robe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Stayed here six months ago and recognized most of the staff this time. We love the location - can walk most everywhere.

Great night in the city for Christmas
this is a great location for Christmas to get you millennium Park and the market in the walnut room at Macy’s. parking was reasonable. The only thing is the restaurant and bar was closed so we were not able to get food or drink there because of a private party I felt they should’ve told us that upfront. so if you need the restaurant, probably best to ask if they have any private parties booked.

We enjoyed our stay. All the staff were pleasant and professional . Very clean and the restaurant was wonderful too. The only thing was the shower. We are seniors and the shower floor was slippery for us, we had to use a towel as a mat in the shower.
