Really beautiful spot, clean rooms, well-maintained property and very friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant could be better with food and drink quality but that is to be expected with hotel restaurants these days. Random but really appreciated how hefty the doors to the rooms and the terraces were! Almost sound proof.

Great hotel with a few downfalls.
Resort is very nice and well taken care of! Got upgraded to ocean view room unexpectedly which was awesome! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach was great! There were 2 pools, bigger one was much smaller than what the pictures made it seem. Although a family resort, felt more like a couples resort, we got weird eyes the whole time as our kids played in the pool. My only actual complaint was the last night we were there, there was a wedding and a sweet 16 party. 3:00am-4:00 had grown men screaming in their rooms and the 16 year old group running up and down the halls banging on the walls. Called front desk and all I got was “yeah there was a wedding”. Overall: hotel was great. Clean, friendly/helpful staff - free cookies everyday at 5:00 were SO good. Complaints were small pool (more of a couple resort vibe) and not controlling or caring about obnoxious behavior in the wee hours of the morning.
