Really good hotel for the price paid!
I stayed in r&b for 5 nights and it was perfect! Room was clean, nice bed, air conditioning, small but really sufficient bathroom with bathtube, lan and wlan fast. Hotel has coin laundry facility that can be used till late hours. Breakfest tasty, continental style (which i was extremely happy about after typical japanese breakfasts) different kinds of sweet buns, croissants, espresso coffee, tea and juices. Staff super friendly and very helpful.
Hotel 3min walk from main train station, where trains, metro and buses stop. 2 big shopping malls around. Didnt hear any street noise, neither neighbours.
Cons: if you want your room to be cleaned and towels changed you cannot stay in the room between 11 and 16. If you hang 'do not disturb' you can stay inside but housekeeping is not possible then. Room has no celling lamp, only on the side of wall which makes it a bit dark. Hotel is full of japanese businessmen and almost no foreigners, so no chitchat on breakfast (no problem for me but for some backpackers it might).
