First, we called the hotel to let them know that we will check in late. They told us the key will be in the safe, but it was not... Hopefully, we called again and the receptionist was sweet. But the rooms were horribly dirty. In the first rooms, we found many silverfish in the beds. Given the pest, we asked to change room. There were less silverfish, but it was as dirty. The common places smell old cold to tobacco... We also did not receive any instructions. For breakfast, we had to walk through a dead restaurant to end up in a small hidden bar with a small buffet. The woman would not welcome us if we did not ask if we can eat or not... Horrible experience, I could almost not sleep as I was worried with the pest situation.
