We have stayed here before but this time we really noticed the condition of this hotel was not as it once was. The service and front staff were wonderful so no issue there. Unfortunately, there is a locker room smell due to the carpets, our room had a faulty Hair dryer which was super annoying and wouldn't work, and I had to leave in the freezing cold with wet hair. water was $5 plus tax - which is ridiculous for a comfort suites, the $100 extra pre auth was also a bit steep considering we were there for only 1 night and there were no restaurants, so why? The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen, I am sorry but its true, The eggs were like hockey pucks, there was an undercooked sausage patty, and barely cooked hash browns, don't even bother doing it because it's damaging the comfort suites brand. My critical review is not intended to be hurtful and it is not about getting a freebee but about constructive criticism which I hope you will take seriously. Please take the money you made through the busy summer season to infuse some cash into this property to ensure future guests do not have this experience,
