We have stayed here and parked here many times, mostly because of the wonderful shuttle service. We were very disappointed this time, as we were left at the airport at midnight for nearly an hour before pickup.
When I called back after 35min, the desk clerk said the driver was in bad traffic (at 11:58pm?). Raymond then told us he had a flat tire, but there were groceries bags on the front passenger seat. That didn’t feel like the truth.
I totally understand that traffic and flat tires happen (even grocery runs). If so, the clerk should be calling us to recalibrate our expectations so we don’t sit on the cement bench in the cold air.
We were tired and ready for bed at the hotel, and felt like we were not a priority. It’s not the standard of excellence we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn LV Airport
