It was an ok stay. The shower door needs some repair, and the way the room is set up is weird. It just seemed a waste of space and gave the room a weird feel. It didn’t have a welcoming or relaxing feel to it. Maybe arrange the furniture differently? Otherwise it was fine.

Hotel stay after fire
My family experienced a devastating house fire and most all of our IDs and credit cards, this was the only hotel that would accept payment from an outside source to pay for my room and THE ONLY hotel to accept the only form of ID I had at the time, a photo of my drivers license. I am very grateful they accepted it.

The staff was friendly and made the check in easy. The wonderful staff (Sunday Morning and Evening) helped us out in a pinch. They graciously went up to our checked out room and retrieved our ear buds. After I set up a pick up with UPS, they made sure to get them ready and provide to UPS. Breakfast was great. Mattress a little tough.

Stayed there two weeks previous on an upper floor and stay was excellent. This time we were on the first floor and the room was awful. There was a used Que tip next to the toilet, and a used bar of soup under the vanity. The drapes couldn’t close because half the drape was off the track. We couldn't set the air to 73° because anything over 72° caused the heat to turn on, it was August. Was so disappointed after the wonderful experience of two weeks earlier.
