The "Upgraded Suite, Multiple Beds 3 Queen Room with Sofa Sleeper" has been wrong described. There where 3 double beds, which are smaller than the Queens and NO Sofa sleeper. Sad was, that the stuff was not able to react on this. We had been offered to change this room to 2 Queens and purchase an additional 2 Queen room, because our room has already been prepaid through hotels.com. So, not a real option to go. Additionally the whirlpool was not working with the explanation, that during hot sommer times, it would need to much energy to keep it working (funny explanation: 20% of the rooms had been occupied, but 100% of the rooms had been fully climated). Using the laundry is finally expensive compared to others. You pay up to $ 3.50.
This all takes me to the decision to go for another Hotel/Motel in this region in the future, even the room was more ore less ok.
