The property was as expected; a historic building, which we loved. Enjoyable surroundings. However, we felt the lady that welcomed us was not friendly or approachable. Most communication was through text, though we were in the same house. There was a mix up related to breakfast but we blame Expedia for it not Key Falls Inn, even though, the manner in which she dealt with it could have been much friendlier and pro-customer.
After we left, I received a text from the owner that reinforced the non-friendly feeling we got. It literally said "Was (my name here) upset? Or David Felty?"
Again, not the customer approach we expected, specially from a bed and breakfast place. We do not plan to vist again.
