Staff members were very warm and helpful, and the hotel was located near the port (about 10-15 min walking if you're walking moderate/slowly) - great for taking ferries to Sorrento or the islands. It's also a 15 min walk to the nearest metro station (Municipio), so you're well connected. They also include breakfast which is great, but the meat and eggs were not very appetising (I think they used powdered eggs?). They always had cereal or yogurt, which is perfect for getting ready to be out in the hot summer sun.
Unfortunately, there aren't many options around if you forget your sunscreen or toothpaste - the nearest pharmacy was closed for the summer, so if you're around during then, be sure to either pack well or prepare for a walk/pick up in the airport.
The air conditioning was a bit fussy and required restarting during our stay, but it did function very well every other day we were there. The room gets nice and dark at night (we were facing the parking lot), and even on the weekends, we didn't hear much noise - it was easy to fall asleep! The bathrooms were nicely organized, even if the showers were a bit small. My only complaint was that the toilet paper rolls were a bit dirty (i think they were probably stored on the floor or had fallen off the cleaning cart and had gotten dirty). Fresh towels every day was a nice plus!
All-in-all, I hope the toilet paper rolls are cleaner, but I'd recommend to friends and stay again if I'm in Naples in the future.
