Not up to par
I made reservations for 3 VIEW rooms with balconies well in advance. When I arrived, I had 3 rooms no view and no balcony. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. When I went to the front desk the girl was less than helpful and didn't seem to care and told me I could speak to the manager at 8:00pm that they would call me. I was in the bar and at 8:00 pm I went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager which she said was not there. A gentleman who was in the bar serving smores stepped in and said they were sold out and he was sorry. I said I paid for 3 view rooms and if they did not have them I should get a refund. They gave me points through bonvoy. The next day they moved 2 of our rooms to view rooms. He tried and I am grateful for that but not a great experience. The hotel has amazing views and a great bar with great bands.
