Disappointed

Our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues. The toilet seat was loose, the shower handle was broken, making it difficult to turn the water on and off, and we even found bugs in the tub. The bed was uncomfortable, as we could feel the springs. We informed the concierge about these issues, but ultimately decided to leave a day early. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had hoped for.
