Last minute attitude was disrespectful
We had good welcome check in & the owner family was very friendly & we had friendly & enjoyable discussion with them, is it is only one house with two floors and small rooms but we didnt complain from that but it was very disappointing end of stay as we totally didn't expect that the owner (Mr.Ali) will wait till last minute in check out (at 6:30 a.m) & as we were moving our luggage to the car to request from us to pay the amount of (1000 T.L. equal to 30 U.S. Dollars) representing price for (single Mukhlama dish said to be for 4 persons) that was offered to us with the breakfast of the previous day without mentioning it would be for extra amount (his wife asked if you would like to have it & we didnt say no that's it) noting that it was bad taste & we only ate small portion of it, add to that also the breakfast was very limited , add to that also that Mr. Ali refused to give us early breakfast for our paid night as we were leaving early in the morning & he even refused to provide just tea as simple replacement for the breakfast we were leaving for them (for 11 people it surely worth more than he asked for!!) , add to that we reserved for room for 2 days and we paid almost 40000 T.L.
for all of that we found it very greedy & shameful behavior and it will make you lose your guests not because the amount requested is big (as it it is small to what we already paid) but because our family will not reconsider nor recommend staying in this hotel again for this disrespect we felt
