I had dined at It’s Chinese restaurant on the second floor. One of the restaurant managers insisted I take up the set meal which I turned down. She made clear her unhappiness for reasons unknown to me. Although I ordered my soup and dish, I can’t help but to feel ‘punished’ when they served me my rice only after I finished my meal.
I was later told that the restaurant operator is an external vendor but that does not recuse the hotel management from providing an overall experience and comfort for its guests.I rewarded myself with meals at nearby restaurants and I was not let down.

I advise each guest to take a look at the room before checking in.
Some rooms are old, others are new.
The breakfast is more Chinese oriented and there is no big assortment for foreigners.

Service from staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was nice, but could have been better if there were more food selections, but was still good.

The property is good, clean and welcoming, but, the staff in person if Susan was rude. When we arrived at the hotel, she said in a rude tone..."this is a hotel not a bar" like we were looking for a bar to spend the night. We have to argue with her about payments that were made in advance through Expedia. She requested us to pay additional fees because Expedia didn't give the payment that were debited from our credit card to the hotel. This argument went on for almost an hour, before the manager came in and tried to settle such an embarrassment. This was purely an embarrassment and that led to my dissatisfaction. Instead of spending a month, I spend three days. Hotel Management and rental agencies needs to be cognizant of their services rendered.
