Spacious and clean suites, limited parking lot
Very spacious and clean suite. The only issues were the bathroom was small in proportion to the room and the inconvenience of having to park a block away and walk back because of reserved parking.

Todo perfecto
Me gustó mucho el hotel! Todo estuvo perfecto. Me pareció genial que tengan esa silla súper cómoda en la isla/escritorio sobre todo para quien necesita trabajar con la computadora como era mi caso.

Pro and Cons
It was an amazing experience at Hyatt. We were there for 4 nights and I have to say, they provided a good service. Some pro and cons- Pro: breakfast included, location wise it’s best for access to transit, clean and helping staffs Cons: room service did not leave garbage linning in bins, bed and pillows were not comfortable and did cause little back ache through out. (This could be better). There is $30 parking fee per night (this can be reduced / included in room charges itself )

Nice place, but could be better...
As far as the hotel, its actually pretty cool, as its an old hospital converted into these Hyatt properties. Its just the service nowadays. The front desk people were awesome and super nice, but couldn't check anyone in before 3PM which is ludicrous. 200+ rooms don't all get magically cleaned at the exact same time and become available at 3:00 on the nose. It's either hotel policy or Housekeeping's tail that wags the Hotel dog. And don't show up to breakfast with 20 minutes remaining, as there was nothing left, the place was a mess and workers standing around. If you don't care about the breakfast and will be arriving after 3PM, then the place is fine. Not a great neighborhood, but safe inside, and there's on-site parking and Uber's easily available.

We had stayed here before. It is a great place to stay right near Rush hospital. The staff is so friendly and can handle any questions or requests. They are so accommodating.

Classy, convenient and comfortable.
Beautiful building, inside and out. Safe elevator system. I like the walk-in shower and fluffy towels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the "art" on corridor walls is not passable as art, but I like the Chicago train/s in our room.

Every thing was great the staff at the Front Desk was excellent and helpful Miss Ksenia was very helpful and very knowledgeable also very nice 👍 Only thing we would like to add to it there was no coffee ☕️ at front where you could have a coffee ☕️ cup free no big deal but as you charge the rate from 160-200 per day i think we deserve a cup of coffee free

Wonderful stay
We stayed here because we were going to a concert at United Center, and wanted to be close as possible.Parking was a little confusing, but probably just because we weren't familiar with the area. (There is also a $75 deposit that I didn't recall seeing info about. But it was refunded 3 days later.) Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the city and United Center. We were right off the elevator, but it wasn't loud at all. It was about a 10 minute walk to U.C. We were very happy with our stay, and will absolutely stay again.
