Never made it to the property, the excruciatingly terrible property management companie’s customer service made this the worst experience in travel memory. We stepped foot on to 13 beaches in 3 countries and two continents last year, to say I have travel experience is a safe statement. This reservation was canceled three times within the 5 days that it was created and the arrival date. The first is because I didn’t respond to an email within 24 hours, a fix Travelocity had to make because the PMC said it would not re-instate the booking. Then evidently I fat fingered the phone number and added an extra digit, but instead of looking to see if there might have been an error in the ID Verification, (based on phone numbers) they just cancel the reservation AGAIN at 7:45 the morning before departure. After an hour on the phone yet again, it is decided that since I STAYED WITH THEM 8 MINTH PRIOR they would accept a drivers license and signed CC authorization. Within sent them. Then at 9:45 that night I get another email saying don’t forget to send an ID. Furious this tinme I send my ID, passport and a family photo to try to become verified. There was no response. Literally in route I call to inquire about our reservation the next morning and it was not only canceled again, but the room given away. Never once was I contacted to try to fix anything only cancelation emails. I kindly said I’ll never do business with you again and got on Travelocity in route and booked a room.
