There was no phone in the room to even call the front desk to let them know the fridge wasn’t getting cold. No tv remote, Had to walk there to the desk and tell them when we got back to our room that evening , along with the AC cutting off every couple of minutes. I was literally sweating when I walked to front desk to tell them…. And I was told “there was nothing maintenance could do tonight for the AC” . And I mentioned switching rooms but they that they were sold out… when I came back to tell them there was no tv remote either along with no phone , room temperature fridge and the ac cutting out and it was ridiculous at a rate over $200 I’d atleast expect AC to work ( this was after 11pm my kid was asleep ) miraculously they weren’t sold out and had a room they could switch me to …. I’m like I really don’t want to at this point since my kid is asleep… said they’d send maintnece but didn’t know when he’d come,could be an hour…. And that I could talk to manager in morning! I did that before I checked out , and because I prepaid online he offered me a “ free night stay” in the future if less than 80% occupancy.wrote it on scrap paper said he had to type up something official in system and he’d email me it…. It’s been over 2weeks, I emailed him but have yet to get any response !!!!!and the free waterpark, is shared amongst other properties, pipes look old needs replaced, pool deck cleaned. Outdoor pool needed cleaning , looked very ifff!
