I loved the location, quiet & serene garden side, great lake view & short walk to the lake, in the heart of Queenstown, short walk to the shops, restaurants, attractions. The room was comfortable and clean but it was showing its age. It was frustrating to find out the hot tub/spa was only available by booking ahead. It was not available during our stay. The staff were helpful. The food was ok with lots of choices for breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in town on the lake front, but is a little tired. The beds are only double size, which is a squeeze for two people. The rooms are also quite tight. It wasn't bad, but I might try a different hotel next time.
