Worst customer service ever.
They sent us a message that we have to pay via their link or they might cancel our reservation (after we thought we had paid via credit card with booking). After the link didn’t work/ expired we tried to call (no answer) and send an email asking if we still had the room but got no response. Sent another message the day of check in and got no response until almost 4pm that day (almost 6 hours later). At this point we were forced to book another hotel since we have two little kids and needed a place to go after we arrived in Barcelona. Of course then they responded really quickly (within 30min.) saying they would still charge us anyway. If they had charged our card right in the beginning or at least responded in a timely manner we would have gladly stayed there.
