We booked a last minute stay due to a power outage at our home. The price was great, considering the hotel is in a great location. We were excited to be central to so many great food options at The Battery, a mall, and a Barnes and Noble. Our kids also loved the indoor pool, which we enjoyed all to ourselves. Unfortunately, we didn’t love the customer service received at the front desk. The woman seemed preoccupied on a personal call, which came across a bit rude. Also, we have a toddler who was really wanting some milk but despite offering breakfast and a little store, there was no milk available (even to purchase) in the hotel, which was a bit annoying.
