Arrived close to 430 an hour and a half after check in. I was informed that rooms were still being cleaned and a king size bed wasn’t available for maybe a couple hours. I was offered A room with two double beds. I accepted and then was told that that wasn’t available anymore either. So then I was told since I was gonna wait anyway they would just put me back in a king size room like I originally requested and paid In advance for. After about an hour, wait I went back to the front desk was given a room, and when I went up to the room with my wife, they had put me in a double full size bedroom. The whole experience made me late to my business obligation, and I was gonna double a business trip as a way to spend some time with my wife But unfortunately, the experience at the Marriott Columbus airport made the experience very uncomfortable. They were supposedly short in rooms because they hadn’t been cleaned, and when we walked up the hallway Getting out of the elevator, you had all the staff standing around just chatting about personal things. I probably would not stay at This hotel again. This was my second time and will probably be the last.
