The hotel needs to bring back room service now that the pandemic is over. My wife and I were forced to go downstairs for breakfast, we opted to eat upstairs, but there were no trays to take the food back upstairs.
The staff was unable to serve us, so I do not blame the staff. However, they give us a check, and there was a space for gratuities if it is self-service it is pointless to pay Gratuities for nonexistent service.
The Sheraton Parsippany was a huge disappointment, compared to the days before the pandemic.
