On our arrival date the street in front of the hotel was under construction and probably will be for a while. Keep that in mind. The hotel itself is also under construction which leads to the case that the pool area was closed and we had no water in the room for several hours which afterwards smelled also very badly. This construction will also be there at least for another 5-6 months.
The staff only speaks Spanish. We could not find anybody to explain us why we suddenly had no water because this Informationen received by standing in the shower and suddenly the water Stops.
The toilet was blocked in our room which lead to flooding the bad room. Also in that case the Communication was really Hard and we needed google translate for explaining the situation to the staff.
Roms had very small double beds but 2. when we asked for a room with one big bed we good told all rooms are like this.
Overall staff seems very unmotivated.
The hotel is in the new tourist area but acutely a 10 minutes taxi ride from the city center away. Taxi cost one way 8000 pesos to the old town.
We would not recommend this hotel again.
