The hotel is great, but it's way overpriced for what it offers. They charged around $300 per night and that included a $15 restaurant voucher per day (for breakfast, lunch or dinner) and a $12 bottle of wine (according to vivino) since I am an Expedia VIP member.
An early check-in wasn't available for me (2 hours before official check in time) and a late check-out costs $50 for 1.5 hours extension - can't be booked in advance, you need to call the front desk in the morning.
In general, the room was clean except the windows, which have been dirty.
The roof-top pool area is nice and was almost every time empty. The fitness center is in the top floor as well, but doesn't have mountain or city view.
The restaurant has rather bad service. Staff seems to be stressed and didn't asked how the meal is. The large portions on the menu should rather be called "expensive portions", since the size wasn't even a normal US portion. I would rather consider it a Swiss portion size and there I typically leave the restaurant hungry with an empty pocket. Same applied actually for the roof top restaurant The Woods. They did at the evening I went there a quiz game which rather annoyed me, it also seemed that most of the guests did not have any interest in the quiz.
There is a nice mountain and city view however. Also, the rooms are modern and have good windows with good isolation.
