It started beeing bad from Check-in. There are 3 computerscreens high on the reception counter, you can almost not spot the staff behind, and they are talking to you through the screen. They are very strict with the check-in and check-out times, so they asked me to wait 2 hours in a enclosed restaurant without offering me water. Than when you finally check-in, you have to sign 3 papers, that you agree to strange rules, like paying the cost when the smoke detector goes off or when you damage things. This made me feel to be treated like a child. In the room I found the smoke detector just above the stove. The carpet near the stove had black spots and in the bedroom, the carpet too had a big round dirty spot, diameter of a big plate. Outside was a construction site and a big crane in front of my window. Thw windows had not been cleaned for long time, in the kitchen closet was a bag, filled with a quater of rice. I asked if I could check out 1 hour later, the receptionist behind his computer told me, they will charge for that, 30 min would be the most. No feeling of been welcome. No training of hospitality.
