The service is awful on this property. People seem to have an attitude, a condescending one. One person who was so welcoming was Tomas Divita who helped us set up our SIM cards and helped with getting appointments for services. He truly is the HEART of this hotel. I hope someone will recognize the hard work he is doing in this place. Hope the rest of the staff will follow his example of providing superior customer service. Also, have enough towels so guests don’t call everyday asking for fresh dry ones. The hotel staff made a big deal the last day of our stay about towels. It felt like we were in a motel not hotel. The breakfast is very bad as well. For sure not a 4 star one.
