The room was clean, though there were some typical signs of wear in the shower over the years. Minor mold stains around the edges could use renovation for a perfect look, but it wasn’t a big issue. The room was located on the noisy side, with loud live music from a nearby bar or café between 7 and 11 PM, which was disruptive, it stressed me a bit during this time, as I am sensitive to noise. But booking a quieter room might be possible, if aware upfront. The bathroom had a strong cigarette smell at times, likely due to a smoking neighbor, which was unpleasant. This reflects more on the guests than the staff, who were all polite and responsive. I used the room service and was very satisfied. The cosmetic products in the bathroom are also great. I recommend the hotel for those looking for an urban stay and not sensitive to noise, though it was a bit too much for me.. Nighttime quiet hours were respected, and I woke up well-rested. I also found it very positive and thoughtful that there was a note indicating the Qibla direction for praying guests in one of the drawers, along with a prayer rug in the top of the wardrobe. A very considerate and charming detail. Daily tour-busses with people from all around the world arrived. The big hotel is preferred by a diverse mix of international guests, which creates a nice culturallly open minded atmosphere. There’s a fitness room and wellness areas that are definitely worth using. Options for business purposes also exist.Nice.
