The negative rating of "Hotel team & Service" is due to one staff member, who obviously doesn't like his job and therefore hotel guests and all connected duties. The second morning of my stay was a short circuit at breakfast. no light, no coffee machine, no toaster. He was obviously very angry to repare it, therefore I went back to my room till it will work again. When calling the reception, he replied there saying that I can have a coffe at the bar. When arriving in the restaurant and noticing, that it was repaired (not the toaster), but the coffee machine, he said to a colleague "she is crazy". An acceptable behaviour I have never seen before.
The room temperature in the restaurant for breakfast was very cold, and people sitting with their outdoor jackets!
Apart from this, room walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbour snoaring, and television in both rooms not possible, unless you watch the same channel.
