When we arrived no one was at the front desk. We called and used the chat feature but no one came. We looked in the office and wandered down the hallway until we found one of the cleaning crew. She was very kind and went to find the lady for the front desk, but it was 45min before she came down. The front desk lady was also incredibly kind, but she was working alone, and there was nothing she could do to cover the desk when she needed to go check rooms.
The room was awesome size-wise, but the bathtub was dirty.
When my family went to breakfast at 8:30, they didn’t have waffle batter and were almost out of eggs. When my daughter went down 10min before they were supposed to close, they went ahead and shut it down.
It just wasn’t impressive. There’s no way to have good hospitality when you are understaffed.
