These property and the "on site" (nowhere to be found) manager, have zero customer service attitude and it seems that they believe they are doing you a favor staying with them, instead of helping you solving any kind of situation you might have (just take a minute or two to find bad reviews made, and please read the response given - it is always trying to make the customer responsible).
These guys believe that because of having nice beds (not so clean since I found hair from previous guests), a big tv set, that is enough (hopefully you don't have any problem in the property because you'll receive zero help, and instead you will start arguing with the manager on her pijamas).
The kitchen lacks from glasses or any kind of dishes (as usually Airbnb do), as I could barely find a single glass to use.
In addition, if your idea is to know main attractions in Atlanta (and you don't have a car) I would recommend staying downtown, since this property is really far away from main attractions (it is close to the airport).
Good things of the property are comfortable beds, and more less clean facilities (however insects appear from time to time on the bathroom).
Please do not ask for any packages from Amazon or any other online store (as I usually did on the more that 5 Airbnb I stayed in the past), because they won't receive it, and they will magically disappear.
They should better and more transparently comunicate their "policies" before hand.
