Firstly we service from all the staff was some of the best at a hotel we have ever had.
the room was nicely designed and spacious.
a good selection of food from all the restaurants. the gardens for where very nice and mature.
The beach cushions where all cream and had stains on them. the watersports were a bit dated for me. could not book the trip on a boat to corfu (just 2 times per week) as it was only a small boat and was always fully booked. thus we had to taxi to corfu witch added a lot of costs. also no airport shuttle available at the hotel.
I found the gym equipment to be sticky and not clean but otherwise the gym had most things for a workout.
the water was clear at the beach whilst we were staying I think due to the boats.
the bar at the beach had some great entertainment but was also a magnet for mosquitos.
overall in places the complex looked a bit tired and need of some paint/renovations. Tables needed re-varnishing. patchwork concrete is not a good look. Also the delivery areas and staff smoking areas should not be visible to customers staying at the hotel.
we had a good stay and was well looked after by the staff but expected a little more for the star level and price.
