The hotel itself is a rather large complex, including a Spa-Area with Pool etc, which we did not try out.
We arrived the same time together with a bus-load of backpackers apparantly walking the highlandtrail, but the time to check in was okay, given the amount of people in the lobby.
WiFi reception was rather bad with low- or no connection speed at all.
Worst was the so called "a-la carte"dinner. Staff was not trained/ lacked professionality and not ready to answer simple questions regarding the courses. Food quality was rather standard, obviously the main focus is to quickly feed the 100+ travellers. Our tableclooth and chairs were stainy and worn, the carpet in the dining room seemed rather worn as well.
When asking for an expresso to finish our meal, we were told: " we don't serve expresso, but there is free coffee in the lobby"
Breakfast was about the same, standard quality, waiters seemed not very encouraged.
Overall impression was: A good night's sleep is assured - but the rest feels like a flat-rate hotel in Mallorca with all the ups and downs, altough the first impression when coming down the driveway promises a lot more.
