Sh*t Hole of Nashville
We booked early that morning for just a one night stay. The lower cost, so we knew it wouldn't be amazing but boy it has lower standards in store. Upon arrival, we had to check in a tiny lobby. The clerk was a young woman, who had an attitude immediately. They also have a security deposit for short term stays which is fine, but the fact that it was almost the same as the room was ridiculous. The room itself was a different nightmare, the beds were uncomfortable and several stains on the sheets. The walls were dirty and ceiling falling off or water damaged. Air vent completely blocked by debris as well as growth in the shower. Not to mention the fire hazard of not having a battery in the smoke alarm. I would rather sleep on my car then here again. That being said, at least the water worked and it wasn't super bad temperature wise. The hotel across the street is ten times better.

the room had bugs, killed several roaches, the AC didn't work, the water wasn't hot whatsoever, the TV remote didn't have batteries, and the door didn't have a chain lock. shocked to have paid $70 for the nught and a $50 deposit for this....

The room had no AC and the thermostat was ripped off the wall. The walls are very thin and I had the feeling I was being watched. Someone was hacking and coughing up stuff in the room next to me most of the hour I spent in the room. Very gross and disturbing. The door had no lock besides the knob. Just go to the Glo Best Western next door. It's TONS better than this place. I wish I could have gotten a refund. The place doesn't feel safe at all and I was very uncomfortable here to the point I booked a room at Glo instead within an hour of staying in the room.

Door did fit in the frame. Where the a/c unit is. You can see the outside. The walls had holes, that was patched and not painted. The only good thing was the maintenance guy. Both times we stayed he had fix the tv.

Let's be honest about motels like this; you get what you pay for; it's a value purchase. So, I was perfectly fine with getting a mediocre motel because the price was good. So, given the price, I would have given this place four stars since it was a decent price. That said, they lost two stars for the following reasons. The exterior looks horrible, like it was about to crack apart at any minute. People were constantly hanging-out in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe leaving my vehicle there for any extended period of time. They required a $50 deposit at check-in. And, their sign said that they could enforce that deposit policy whenever they wanted to (ad hoc). The fact that they don't state that in the reservations was annoying. Other than that, the room was fine; clean and no problems.

I do not understand why this hotel is on your website!! This hotel was horrible dirty (bread crumbs on the floor, bedding sheets stained, bathroom sink and shower had hair all over,etc. air conditioning wiring was out, ceiling was falling out. List goes on. Horrible!

Hidden Fee and unkempt room
Check-in Service was fine and the night clerk genuinely seemed like she was doing her best. Only concern is a $50 housekeeping hold that was supposed to be returned on check-out but has yet to be debited back. When I called after landing back home in PNW, day clerk advised on a 5-10 business day return window. I double checked and there was no mention of this on the Hotels listing. No upkeep in the room itself. There were multiple spots on the floor that had not been cleaned. Unsure if food or bodily fluids but luckily, they were in parts of the room I did not have to go. Room was covered in dust and spiderwebs. Sheets were stained and discolored, and had cigarette burns despite being in a no smoking room. Towels themselves looked clean so wound up using those to sleep on before showering and leaving. Overall the room was sub-par with a lot of concerns. Will not be considering another stay at this facility if/when back in Nashville.

The first room we had wreaked of mold. Being 7 months pregnant I was not going to stay there breathing in who knows what. We contemplated just sleeping in the car. We ended up asking if there was another room we could stay in and they promptly agreed. Unfortunately the AC did not work. It would turn on but would not cool and it was about 80 degrees all night. Needless to say, we left at 2am because we were so miserable.

I don’t recommend
Me and my husband stayed here for our mini get away we used points from our work to have a room. Our air conditioning barely worked and we were out in the sun ALL DAY for two days water pressure was horrible in the shower and the bed was hard as a rock. The room was an ugly old blue color and the poor elevator looked like it hasn't been fixed up in 10+ years the floor was all torn up.

Too busy a location to keep property clean. Had to ask for room change because first thing I saw upon entering my room was a mouse-sized cockroach!! Property is old and run down. Repairs are not made and this place is in bad condition. Of course they don’t care because the money and customers just keep coming. Also, I booked it because of free airport shuttle to airport but when I got there they did not have it.

Didnt like anything about this hotel and too late to change hotels do to large festival in area . Huge gaps between door and frame, dirty stained sheets and bedding , mold in shower and around floor molding , flooring ripped or liftng and dirty , smoke detector had plastic bag covering it , cobb webs everywhere , toilets had hair on rim. I dont now how this place has actually not been shut down. People outside room screaming all hours of day and night. Property outside very dirty and need renovations bad ..
