The man who checked us in couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful.
The room, though, was not only musty and quite dated (not bad in and of itself), and had 'extra' furniture in it; seemed like it was used to hold items from other rooms (chair, table, bench). The manual door lock was missing (the electronic one worked). TV was nearly impossible to figure out, and once we did, there were just three standard network channels. Every other channel had only informercials or QVC.
Biggest problem, though, was the faucet handle in the shower was broken, so there was no hot water in the shower (!). There was hot water in the sink, but the shower handle could not be turned far enough into "H" to let the water get hot. We ran it for 20 minutes just to be sure; still luke-warm. We discovered this too late to change rooms.
We just needed a place to rest on a long road-trip. It's good they do take dogs, for an extra fee; standard in most hotels. Too many things on the bad side of the scale for us to stay there again. If you go, just make sure the shower works before you unpack your bags.
(There was construction going on in the rooms at the end of the row, so maybe things are being renovated, which would be good.)
