This hotel is getting worse by the day. No management at operational level at all. Lifts are subject to prayers, the left one is now working without hotel-card access so everybody can be everywhere. The reception is unmanned most of the day, except Mr. Franklin is on duty. The securiy guards are whats-apping in the car-park in the shade, it is a shame. Breakfast after 06:05 is a nightmare as no seats available, prices in Alexander´s Restaurant and Bars are from the moon, better, healthier food available everywhere and cheap. This hotel remains the last acting PIRATE BAY in the Caribbean. Only the hard-working cleaners which complain to the hotelguests about salary and working-conditions and the very helpful hotel-boys bring some light into this very old and obviously potential house. The laundry prices are exceeding top-laundrys outside by a bare +400 petcent and that describes it best. Small animals in your room top the cherry on the cake... Jamaica deserves much better !
