Super unfriendly desk service. We booked a room with the view to strip and during checkin the room was not available. We got a room first during second day. No luggage service was provided to bring it to the new room. Children took out some stuff from mini bar, which we put immediately back and hotel immediately charged us for it. Disgusting experience, never again. And desk totally understaffed, hours waiting line. Hotel management should take a close look what is going on in the hotel.

We had 4 rooms and all were clean and well maintained. There were 7 in our party and all had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The location was perfect to go to the eye, Bellagio, Ceasars, Cosmo.
