Very nice hotel in great location right opposite of the zoo. We had a double room with diamond head view and balcony (no ocean view) in floor 16 which was quiet. Only the AC outside units have been loud and a bit annoying when being outside. The room was clean and well maintained. The door had a gap to the floor so you could hear a bit the noise from the corridor.
The pool was very tiny - I think not even 10m in length - so we did not use it at all.
No kettle/coffeemaker is provided in the room but a kettle was put into our room after request. But no cups.
One of the three elevators was out of order, so during peak times be prepared to wait.
Roomservice is provided daily.
