I communicated with the hotel through the Expedia tool of the Expedia app. I was told that i had to book two nights to get a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. So I booked a second night but nobdy came to pick me up. I also had to book a private taxi to get back to the hotel. Beware of this hotel because this is fraud! My worst experience ever and expedia has not helped as they should have. Slow working on the case, no results. Only the gentleman from expedia I had on the phone the night I had this problem helped and advised- unfortunately ever since expedia has not really worked on the case conveniently. I am very disappointed after having spent thousands of euro every year for their services.
