Lackluster
I have stayed at this hotel a few times since they opened 6 years ago. The service is not as good as it once was and I am one of ther rewards members. My last 2 stays I had issues. The front desk is not as welcoming as they once were. They used to ask you the reason for your stay, ask you if you stayed at the hotel before, and let you know about the different amenities of the hotel. This did not happen during my last 2 stays, and even when I will contact the front desk for certain reasons they were not as friendly and sometimes have attitudes. During my last day the telephone in the room did not work and would not even make local calls and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because it was the weekend. I had lost my cell phone during my visit so this was really an inconvenience for me. The front desk had also initially charged my credit card and when I contact them about it they told me that my prepaid room was not showing as prepaid and told me to contact hotels.com which I did and so the issue was rectified but it was a frustrating experience. During this particular stay and the last day we were placed in rooms on the 4th floor. During this day it was very very noisy two out of the three nights that we stayed there. Young adults were back and forth through the hallways making a lot of noise throughout the night into the morning. Room was not the type that I reserved, shower doors were dirty/rusty at the bottom. Luggage trolleys were unavailable.
