Check in around 2:30am 6/9/2024 was really slow, the only receptionist doing the check in said he was just 2 weeks in the job, took him about 15mins to check in for one guest. The line had only 4 guests including myself waiting to check in, which took him nearly one hour. While serving me, there was another guest cane to have the room card replaced, the receptionist then jumped the guest over the queue and let me wait, very rude and unprofessional. I have a silver membership from Expedia which gave me free parking when booking the room, which I showed him on the phone, but he kept refusing saying he didnt know about that, which I had to talk to his boss after that to have it resolved. Staff clearly need to have more training both in customer service and checkin skills. The hotel is good in general and the breakfast is ok too.
