Amazing experience but staff can be more cooperative

The hotel is well equipped with facilities and the service was quite fast.
The washroom had a couple of leak issues (because the shower door was not properly sealed, causing a lot of water to spill out onto the floor of the washroom outside the vestibule), but the room had a nice view and ambient lighting. They provided both firm and soft pillows, which was a good touch.
Another issue was with check-in, because Expedia asks whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room, but the entire hotel is non-smoking. So that was a bit of a throw.
Service wise, Surbhi at the front desk was really nice and always smiling, and Girish in F&B was really helpful during breakfast servings, paying attention to the table at all times and helping improve the stay.
The cleanliness and sanitization of the hotel was adept and they have hand sanitizers throughout the public spaces.
The property is located a little outside of the town though, so that causes some delays in Uber/Ola usages, but not much to worry about.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d gladly do it again!

Great staff...but needs better maintenance
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a work trip. The room was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. The staff at the hotel are great. In room dining was delicious. Internet worked well. The room was clean but you had to ask for housekeeping each day or they would not come. Next the carpets in the hallway were very dirty. Glitter, dust, hair, dirt everywhere which makes you doubt how clean the rest of the place is. A lot of people seem to have weddings and special events there so it is hard to get rest with drunk people talking in the halls until 2 am on Saturday and Sunday night. The weddings and special events could also account for the dirty hallways...and glitter everywhere. Did not make the best impression but the room was fine.

If you want to experience the worst customer service, come visit Holiday Inn. Stayed here in February because JW Marriott was sold out. Paid with my Expedia points but hotel charged my Credit Card (thankfully I check my transactions). Through several calls and emails, hotel apologized and told me they will refund my money but it’s been 5 months since I have been calling and emailing them and every single time they have an excuse for not being able to process the refund. Sometimes it’s their bank issue and sometimes it’s the management or staff. Till date there has been no refund by this FRAUD hotel. So if you ever feel like getting ripped off, this is the place to come.
Will be filing a Consumer Complaint through legal channels.

Great staff! The place could be updated in some ways, shower deep cleaned, and breakfast improved, but overall we had a great stay and was another good experience at Holiday Inn in India.

Checking in was simple and quick. When we got off from the elevator, there was a strong smell of smoking. It didn’t end even after we got to our room. The room wasn’t really clean either. There were stains on the wall. Overall it was a decent stay. We really liked the view from our room.
