A different experience in this Anantara;
Every year we would come back to enjoy Dining by Design, this year in Bali. And having just made our wedding ceremony in Jakarta, this time is special for us.
A great team assisted us throughout our stay.
Our favourite staff would be Wayan; we met him on our 1st night at Splash. He waited our table, together with Nengah they gave great suggestions.
He also waited our Dining by Design which had to be moved. Professional and genuine.
Another praise goes to the lady manager of our breakfast buffet at 360, which name I failed to remember. Very professional and to her we praised her upbeat and welcoming team.
We had a couple's massage. Amazing therapist, one of the best massages we've had. My back ache was gone and we were completely relaxed, ready for our romantic dinner.
The only downfall was the welcome; your staff Hari asked me for a "hotel voucher" and since we were nicely stuck in Bali's traffic from Ubud, we managed to miss the only sunset we could have during our stay in Anantara Uluwatu.
As it was raining during the next days, cloudy sky, no sunset. Our dining experience was moved upstairs next to the breakfast buffet venue, but the staff did their best to compensate the experience with effort and smiles.Disappointing, looking back at all preparation and communication that went back and forth from my side to Anantara Uluwatu team.
