Great location close to all major attraction in Rome & the Metro! We will stay here again next time. Great location close to Metro station, walk to major attractions in Rome, lots of restaurant near by and gelato places. The Hotel is next to Spanish Square you literally walk out of the one of the major attraction each morning! We appreciate drinks and snacks free in the minibar. AGH Babuino is on the 4th floor and we had a sunny room.

Our stay was wonderful, with a fantastic location, comfortable amenities, and easy access to Rome's iconic landmarks. We like the fantastic location. AGH Babuino is right Spanish Steps, with the Spagna Metro station conveniently next to it. There are many delightful restaurants to choose from, and the hotel is surrounded by luxurious high-end shops. Rome's landmarks are within easy walking distance. The room was clean and very big with a living room and a bedroom. They provide drinks and snacks in the minibar for free.

Very nice stay just near Spanish steps. AGH Babuino Suites Roma were amazing. The location was literally a few hundred meters from the Spanish Steps and within a half walk of many major historical sites. The security of the building was great. We could hear no noise within or from outside. The room was lovely appointed and so clean. The room was very bright, because it was on the fourth floor. We would come again!

Perfection! 10/10 would recommend. Literally right in the center, everything accessible on foot, 1 minute to Spagna or Piazza del Popolo. Restaurants and shops right next door. Highly recommend, it is the best stay in Rome.The room is perfect to stay in for a mini break. Your are in walking distance of all shops & Metro. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fontain and 15 minutes walk to the Pantheon. The room is luxurious and well curated, a very comfortable bed. 4th time in Rome. Best location and accommodation yet. Rooms were so clean. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was immaculate. We could also watch on the TV international channels!

A perfect place to visit Rome. It was a fantastic location, room was extremely spacious to house 2 teenage boys and myself. Highly recommended if you are independent travellers. Excellent Stay! Highly recommended I wish I could give a 20 out of 10. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and the location is perfect! It took us about 1 min to get to the Spanish steps and about 10mins to Trevi fountain by foot. We have been traveling along Europe and by far one of the best stays I’ve had so far in Europe. Fabulous guest house experience. Superb location just off the summit of the Spanish steps. Trevi, Pantheon, Villa Borghese all within a short distance. Note: if you are taking the metro with heavy bags, take the lift at Spagna station on the left-hand side just before you exit to avoid carrying them up the Spanish steps (was a good workout for me!). Nicola is a superb host. In my opinion, if you're not familiar with Rome, this is a much better option than a hotel since you have direct access to local knowledge with Nicola. His comms were first class. The room is larger than your typical hotel room. The wardrobe was very big. Open the windows for fresh air and it's not noisy considering how central you are. There are taxis driving up the road outside and a taxi rank about 30 meters towards the Spanish steps. This was very useful for grabbing a taxi to the airport when leaving. Otherwise, the metro station is a few meters further.

Lovely accommodations Location is great, close to the metro, bus stops and within walking distance of most of the attractions. The street was actually very quiet yet close to everything. The building is beautiful and updated and the room itself was good sized and really nice with large shower. During the day it was always sun inside the room, because it was located on the 4th floor. Room was very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend.

Struttura incredibile in uno dei palazzi più belli di Roma. La struttura si trova al quarto piano ed è presente un ascensore grande e nuovissimo. La camera era stata appena terminata e arredata con mobili in legno realizzati su misura e tappezzerie in pelle di colore verde acqua. La camera era estremamente spaziosa. Anche il bagno era molto confortevole ed elegante, con i rivestimenti in travertino bianco e rosso e con una seduta nella doccia. Le finestre erano nuovissime, con i tripli vetri e avevano anche gli scuri in legno per coprire tutta la luce. Uno posto unico! Affacciandoci dalle 2 finestre della camere potevamo vedere Via del Babuino e Piazza di Spagna. Torneremo sicuramente tra qualche mese. Grazie!

Calm and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay at AGH Babuino in Rome again!The location is centrally located and close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We reserved the Junior Suite number B101 and if you open the window and look on the left you could see Spanish square!. The room was impeccably clean and modern. Loved the lighting! Check in was very easy with our pass code. Mini bar included and very nice shower. The place is very well located in a calm area but also within 2 minutes of shops, restaurants and Villa Borghese. WIFI connection was very fast.

Great location and the Suite was amazing. Beds were very comfortable which was exactly what was needed after a long day strolling around Rome. The rooms feel luxurious. Lighting is very modern. Access was by code which was a bit easier than finding a key! The mini bar was stocked with complementary juices/water which was also a nice touch. I'll be recommending AGH Capranica to all family or friends who plan a trip to Roma!
