Helpful staff. Great location.
However the bathtub has a crack, and everytime after a shower the floor is flooded. Room 2016 needs repair.
Breakfast has quite a good variety. On our last day, the mushrooms for the noodle soup has a bad smell and taste.

Overall a great Hotel, great location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast Buffet, bus shuttle Service to Canton Fair. Close to shops and restaurants.
The only flaw was the extremely slow internet, where even e-mails with no attachments would not get sent right away. Sometimes I had to wait hours to see the outbox sent.

The location is super close to and around 3mins to subway station and within 5mins to Guangzhou East Station, east access to and tourist spot. Staff are all super nice. Highly recommend the Jianguo Hotel and my second stayed for the last 4 months.

A little bit disappointed
I am a regular of this hotel. But I was disappointed to my room this time. It had smell and the air con did not work properly. The first night because I was very tired, I did not ask for a change. A big mistake. The following morning, I asked for a change. The second room is perfect. I think this hotel has a policy to try to give out second rated rooms to guests first. If there is any complaint, they will replace with a good one. My small tip to all guests is be careful for the first room they assigned to you, it’s always a second rated room.
