The pool area was a great place to relax, however, the basket chair my 15 year old sat down in had been damaged unbeknownst to him and it immediately fell completely over. The bean bags for cornhole boards had been thrown on the roof so we were able to play that to relax. One of the elevators was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had 5 in our room and not enough towels and washcloths for our 1 night stay.
I went to the front desk to request more sets
to accommodate everyone where I was handed one towel and told that’s all they had. There was one remote for both TVs. No plates, utensils, or cups/glasses in the kitchenette for us to use for the food we brought- dinner that evening. Breakfast the next morning was crazy with people grabbing items and there wasn’t enough juice, yogurt, muffins to go around. The breakfast was not restocked to accommodate everyone. The balcony was extremely small. There were outdoor lights on the side of the hotel that we with pulling the curtains on the sliding door lit the entire bedroom up all night. The shower water was cold. It’s right next door to Busch Gardens. The positive about our stay was that the beds & pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean.
