We booked a room at this hotel to have a relaxing weekend away, initially after booking, the hotel called and claimed that they only received a partial payment from Expedia, so I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the hotel but were unsuccessful. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia. Still, Expedia tells me that the hotel claimed that we canceled our booking. The hotel will not return our funds and neither will Expedia, I do not recommend using this hotel, I would hate to see that happen to someone else. UPDATE: since I initially wrote this review Expedia successfully advocated to the hotel to return our funds, the same funds that they claimed to have never received, we have since received a full refund. I still would not recommend this hotel.
