We had an excellent stay at the Luxo Kochi for 4 nights in July. It's a modern property that's set just behind the main road, so a great location without all the noise. There are many shops and restaurants close by and it is only 15 minutes away from LuLu mall.
The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet had western and Indian options and the seating area was large and comfortable.
My only point to mention is that a good number of the desk staff seemed to be in training or with little experience, so they often had to go to other team members for assistance. There is no concierge on duty, but they do have a partnership with a travel agency for booking tours.
That being said, the staff was very polite and courteous. We were checking out early morning, and they prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take on our way out.
I would stay at the Luxo Kochi again without hesitation.
