"We host with heart"- not our experience at all.
Limehome cost us hours of our time, money from having to cancel and forego booked activities and a lot of stress. I booked a limehome room specifically for one reason - to get our laundry done as part of a long tour.
1. Day 1 - our bed breaks just from sitting on it. We agree that we will move to another lower category of room (101) on the condition that we still have access to the washing machine (this was proposed by limehome) and being reimbursed for the lower category. Keep in mind they gave us the code to maintain access to room 204.
2. Day 2 - we are told to remove our clothes then later told there was a misunderstanding on their end and there is no issue. Even after this, our code for room 204 stops working for half the day and we didn't have access to the majority of our clothes. This wasn't resolved for hours and meant we had to improvise.
3. Day 3 - I'm woken up to two calls and an email. We are forced to move our laundry and no longer have washing machine access because there are 'new arrivals' for room 204. I ditch my plans and return to room 101 REPEATEDLY asking for someone to call me. The bed is still broken, and they want to let someone else check in? Even after there supposedly being a 'severe misunderstanding internally' on their side, they double down and try gaslight us into supposedly 'having 2 rooms for the price of 1'.
Avoid this mob, they screw you over and just dont care. The customer service sucks.
