My hotel room had a bed bug crawling across the mattress. That can happen at any hotel, but I checked in 3 times to ensure that the hotel was properly cleaned after I left (I obviously changed hotels), and I was just told I could call they general customer service if I had a complaint. I was refunded, which I appreciate, but not fully (350 euro of 400). I would really recommend avoiding. Bad things can happen anywhere, but it concerns me how poor their response was.
